The above would be one of our passed around apetizers OR one of then side dishes when doing a plated dinner..I have also been doing quite a bit of “dinner by the bite” heavy cocktail Wedding parties. These are different in the sense that no heavy dinner plate is necessary, no knife is needed.

It is all done on small cocktail size plates and forks. All “South Beach” cool looking plates and displays, affordable at the same time.
